Terms of Use

1. The Service

OneBite is a food community platform that lets users share reviews, photos, videos, ratings, and join gatherings and other user-generated content (UGC) features. We may update, suspend, or change features from time to time.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Registration information you provide must be true, accurate, and kept up to date.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You may post reviews, photos, videos, ratings, comments, profile information, and other content (collectively, "User Content"). You retain your rights in your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, store, promote, and otherwise use that content to operate and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to post the content and that it does not violate others' rights or applicable law.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying, threats, or incitement of violence
• Pornographic, sexually exploitative, or otherwise objectionable content
• Intimidation, stalking, or other abusive conduct toward users
• Fraud, misinformation, malware, or illegal activity
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Spam, rating manipulation, or automated abuse of the Service

Users who violate this section may have content removed and accounts suspended or terminated immediately, without prior notice.

5. Moderation, Removal, and Account Actions

We may (but are not obligated to) review User Content. If we believe content or conduct violates these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to the community, the Service, or third parties, we may, in our sole discretion:

• Remove, hide, or restrict any User Content
• Limit features or suspend an account
• Permanently terminate an account and prohibit re-registration
• Report activity to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities

We may also suspend or terminate access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or other legitimate reasons.

6. Reporting and Support

If you encounter objectionable or abusive content, please use in-app reporting tools or contact us at onebite.tech@gmail.com. We will review reports in a reasonable time and take appropriate action. For more help, see our Support page.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Do not access others' accounts or data without authorization
• Do not reverse engineer or misuse the Service except as permitted by law
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

8. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to that policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. User Content reflects the views of its authors, not OneBite.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
